Kaiser hangs during standby

I have a HTC TyTN2 and have tried several radio's and roms (incl. WM6 and WM6.1) and nothing seems to help. When turn the device to the standby mode i get a hang once-twice about a day. The leds keeps blinking but the device won't wakeup by pressing the power button or by the software assigned wakups/alarms.

Annoying, any clues how to fix this? Anyone else having the same problems?
