Anyone managed a sync with outlook2007?

I have Vista, and paired ok with my Touch Dual. But when I sync it looks successfull, but it deletes all contacts (and those on my sim!) Any suggestions. I have tried deleting the partnership and doing it again. Still no go!

I don't have that problem, but what are your sync rules?

The only options you have are if there are conflicts; either delete item on pc or delete item on device. Tried both. :confused:

Im having the same problem, I have found the whole syncing process under vista to be garbage.

When I first got the touch synced fine with outlook2007 then due to various problems with phone it had to be sent for repair when it came back it would no longer sync adn I had to format my pc and reinstall then it would sync. Teh phone went back for 'repair' (they just refalshed the rom) again as I was still getting problems and when it came back it wouldn't sync- it says its syncing and the progress bar goes up but it doesnt actually sync.

Try enabling/disabling the advanced network functionality (on your phone) from connections>usb to pc
Check your firewall settings
see if it will sync on an xp pc

had the same thing.

delete partnership - manage new partnership - define that pc overrides pda ... and since then it works ( even when i make a change on my pda it is synced to the pc ?!?!?! )

strange - but that's how ms active sync is since the beginning ;-)
