i have a lot of text messages because I have an unlimited plan...
about 6500 inbox messages
my phone is for some reason not keeping the messages that I have deleted, deleted! they all come back after a reset.
i mean i want to free up space on my phone because the phone has very little storage space left
i would empty the whole inbox but there arre some important messages that i dont want to lose.
so to avoid that, I literally sift through the messages to delete the ones that i want to delete and keep the others. but its very frustrating when you sift through all of those but your efforts go to waste because they all reappear when the phone is reset.
its making me upset. i even empty the deleted items folder too. so i dont know how come they dont delete...
the same problem occurs with my email folder... any suggestions?
