why os is 19716 and build 19199, only xip updated???

you mean the wktask manager, it's thai skin. you can install the english version.

this is a real build. The xip was extract from the other rom and tie in with 19716. It is modified rom.

The battery icon does drop down to -1% on mine as well but then jumps up to proper amount. Year defaults to 2548(ish) Will not allow to manually change by typing number in for year. Have to keep clicking button to drop the year meaning you have to do this 500+ times.
The Liverpool FC splash screens should of been left out, I feel, a lot of people, such as myself, are not Liverpool supporters.
