"The new OpenWeb browser will be an automatic install for Sprint customers who currently access the Internet on their data-enabled phones (Sprint characterizes availability as "virtually all Web-capable Sprint phones"), and won't require any additional action. Once installed, users will be able to access the Web just by clicking the Web icon on their phone's main menu. "

So..... we just sit, and it magically comes through?

i dont see how that will work unless we force an update like rom imaging, but if sprint does manage to automatically install software without our knowledge and intervention, we'd be looking at a new virus

if you click the openweb link from the link on this thread, it looks like its more like a proxy that changes the web serverside for us...maybe no software will be installed?

I might be wrong, i only glanced at it quickly.
