I'm using a micro sd with a mini sd adapter for my cingular 8125 phone but my phone won't read the card it keeps saying not installed. wat am I supposed to do? help please

Make sure the card contacts are clean and inserted in the slot properly.

The SD needs to be:

formatted to FAT, not FAT32
less than 2GB
clean
