You can stop the animation on startup, and you can change your start up screen image (Welcome96.png), as for removing them completely, I'm not sure, though I doubt it.

Can I Remove StartUp Screen & Welcome96.png ???You could replace both with a plain black image, if this is what you mean by "removing" them. TYou would still need to wait for the device to finish it's initialization before using it.

To replace the (2) Splash Screens, you will need to flash them ... there are instructions in the Wiki.

To replace Welcomehead.96.png, simply create a replacement and copy it into the Windows directory, using the same name.

To remove the startup animations, there's a couple of regedits, also described in the Wiki.
