Is it possible to delete email from pop up notification?

I have my phone getting email pushed to it from Exchange, but the notification that pops up when one arrives gives me the option to dismiss or view the email. Is there any way I can get the option to delete or view instead? When spam arrives, I dont want to view it before deleting it, and neither do I want to go into my messages to find the email and delete it if theres the possibility of deleting it straight away from the notification. Any ideas anyone?

Thats a shame - delete would be far more useful than dismiss for me, but thanks for looking anyway people, much appreciated! :)
