View Full Version : Active Sync cant connect

I just bought the TC. I installed the Active Sync 4.5 from the getting started disc. When I connected the cruise to the USB, the Active Synch auto starts and tries to connect. Unfortunatelly I get an error message that cant be connected to the device.
Please help....

Try disabling all firewalls on your pc and try again.

try this: go to the following on your cruise: start->settings->connections->usb to pc
once there, deselect the 'Enable advanced network functionality'
that should work. the problem is due to some tcp/ip connection problems

Hi
I have a problem to read my memorycard. After sync i reach the map "My Windows Mobile based unit" But I can't read my memorycard from here. The system freezes and I can't continue. Is this a well known problem? I use an 8GB Sandisk SDHC card...
