Cingular 8125, Working Rom?

Hi, I know this seems like a silly question but I am new at this. I was just wondering what the best Rom would be for the 8125? Or does it even make a difference which model you use just so long as its a Wizard? By "best" I mean least amount of problems, ie. Wifi not connecting. It seems to me the best choices would be: TNT TouchFLO, BlackDiamond and Wrcx. I've been reading threads all day and I'm no where closer to making a decision. Anyone have any good/bad experiences with these Roms and this particular model? Thanks for reading!!! :D

P.S. Can you add applications like Flash player to just any Rom?
