need help setting up internet calling

im trying to get internet calling on my phone am not able to. if anyone could give me exact instructions on how to set it up on a sprint pcs mogul with all needed programs/cabs included i would really appreciate it.

i ve already searched the forums but couldn't find exact step by step instructions for setting up internet calling on a sprint mogul if you can find it please post a link
