How to enter Engineering mode!!!????

I used "Field Test",but I got "null" !! xda II ,how to enter Engineering mode?????!!!

There is a program called Field Test for 3G devices and as far as I know you need a device-specific version. There is no Himalaya version of it, probably because Himalaya is not 3G.
