Qtek 9100 White Screen

After 2 years of hard work, farming and job site inspection service, my 9100 just goes to a white screen on all the boot ups (hard and soft) I have tried. The area around the send and end keys also get really hot after a minute of being on. I need some advice on what has died LCD or touch screen and what it takes to tear it apart.

Sounds like an accurate troubleshooting to me.
