19199, 19521 and 19716, which one is the newest?

You would see more of them around if the author that posted it here didnt delete the rgu files.

Forgive my ignorance but perhaps I am missing something. I too thought it was the higher build number but keep hearing that 19199 is the newest? Am I just hearing wrong and 19716 is? or am I just completely missing something. Thanks a lot guys.

if you don't mind to let me show you what i have seen, the latest official release from kaiser community is 19199, it was 19170 but it is old, all others are hacked or came from unknown source.
