8125 keeps freezing

My 8125 will occasionally freeze and then either I have to do a soft reset or it will just do it on it's own. I thought it might be the rom so I have tried different ones with the same problems. sometimes if I push the power button to turn off the screen it will freeze or if I try to lock it, it will freeze and then the screen will sometimes fade to white and then reset its self. Anyone have this problem or know how to fix it?

What software are you running on the phone?

Im running octavoi v6.3 with ipl/spl 3.08 and radio 2.71. Since I have had this problem I have switched to a few other roms and switched things up to see if that were the problem like i tried not using 3.08 and then i tried not using the radio but it still does it.
