Call volume problem

Hi everyone
Actually yesterday i dropped my JAMin and i dont know how and why whenever there is a call i cannot hear the other person nicely very very low volume from the internal speaker i dont know if its a software problem or the speaker got a bit misplaced anyone who could guide me please i will really appreciate that.............

try to rise the volume from the slide key while you are in phone call, if not

you can open the Jamin if you have the right tools and check the phone call speaker contact

there is a good documents for how to open Prophet it was a perfect guide for me with jamin

by the way the screw driver need for Jamin it's the same screw driver for Nokia

thnx ill give it a try but will have to arrange the screw driver
But it wuld be really better if someone could tell me some registry entries to increase sound of the internal speaker......

you talked here about hardware problem when you said that you dropped the Jamin

with WM6.1 Shadow 2.0 TE the call volume is hight

thnx secoseco finally got time n tried ur method n fixed my speaker as i had expected there was a prob with the connections of the speaker.....
