I'm trying to drop some vids on my card for those boring moments when the games, apps, and books I have on my 8525 just aren't holding my ADD mind in one place. I'm running WM6, nothing fancy.
I have TCPMP installed along with the usual Windows Media.
I've tried a variety of formats and settings, and get poor quality, or choppy video, or some other combination of "doesn't quite work".
Does anyone have a "works best for me so far" format/codec and set of conversion settings (bitrate, resolution, etc) that maintains decent quality, keeps the file size down, and doesn't make the processor spaz?
