Problem to turn off software keyboard

... when it's appear, there isn't the small icon on bottom of screen. So I cannot turn it off. Does anybody knows why?

you probably have to tell us what screen and what you are doing when that happens.

Oh, sorry. This happend only when i'm writing sms in PocketCM Contact. So maybe it's software problem. In other softwares (note, opera, IE, etc) it works correctly.

that happens on my cruise too. not often but from time to time. very annoying
