How to UNLOCK qtek 9000? Please Help

Is there a upto date reliable 100% working guide
to unlocking the qtek 9000?

I have it on the THREE network and want to put a O2 sim in it!

How do I get these unlock codes, surely that's quick way?

I can't find anything that I know is up to date and reliable.

Can't we have a Sticky Guide to this subject?

I don't understand this step:

15. Flash your original Radio ROM. Do not upgrade the bootloader until you restored an original radio rom.


How do I do this? This is what I'm finding extremely confusing.

Remember I've not done this before, so really need a newbie guide, not a guide that assumes I already know about this!!
