Hi All,
My IPAQ 6828 ROM update failed and now it won't respond with soft or hard reset. The battery seems to be charging and that is the only response I get from it. I contacted HP and they indicated that I need to have the ROM reflashed. The problem is I bought the unit in Australia and I am now living in Canada. Canada HP support is unable to help so this means I need to send the unit back to Australia for repair. I don't think it is warranty anymore. I am looking for a way to fix the unit myself or name of a repair center in Canada that can do it for me.
Any help is appreciated!
