Adding winrar or winzip to my phone

I have a bit of a problem upgraded my phone with Key's Kitchen 1.2.5 (took some time but working great)
The problem is on my phone I don't have a winzip or winrar program to add the programs to my phone the only way I can add anything is if it is in .CAB form

Any suggestions?

thats a self extractive rar (extract on PC) with the .cab to install on your phone inside it
