my phone doesnt lock to 3g unless i soft reset

recently my phone stopped locking to 3g in the places that it used to. now in order for me to lock into 3g i have to soft reset and it will lock into 3g. is anyone know what might be preventing my phone from locking to 3g in places that are covered by 3g? thank you

www.commmgrpro.com (http://www.commmgrpro.com), can use that or bandswitch,only issue is that if you lock on a band and say u went from a 3g area to edge you're phone will never stop lookin for a signal until you switch back to the correct band,otherwise stay in "auto" mode and let the 3g switch back and forth with edge
