Video calling issues

While i am able to recieve incoming video calls i cannot make any out going video calls anyone know of a reason or possible solution for this issue.?!

1.Make sure you in coverage zone
2.Turn HSDPA on
3.Use the default dialer

it works for me very well

Make sure that the phone you're trying to call is also a 3G/ HSDPA phone, and it's within the coverage area, and that the video calling service is activated by the service provider.
