3G Long Name Not Showing

Hi Guys,

Im having issues getting the 3G long name (Shows UMTS T-Mobile on home screen when in 3G mode, and T-Mobile when in 2G mode) to show on a couple of ROMs, ive tried the following reg entries which solved the issue previously but no longer work on the later ROMs:

HKLM/Software/OEM/PhoneSetting/Enable3GLongNamePrefix=1
HKLM/Software/OEM/PhoneSetting/LongNamePrefix=UMTS
HKLM/Software/OEM/RIL/ShowSPNOnly=0
HKLM/Software/OEM/RIL/ShowSPN=0

The Connection works fine and obviously im in a 3G area. ;)

Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing it or how to solve it?

Does it show just T-moble?

Yes thats what im saying. Its in 3G and it only Says T-Mobile. Its a reg entry somewhere to correct it but im just not sure which one

i looked at this a few weeks back as i was noticing the same problem, it worked on duttys wm6 roms but as soon as i went to wm6.1 it stopped working, i took a dump of the reg from the wm6 rom and compared it to the wm6.1 and the keys where all set up and present in both so im not sure if its a wm6.1 thing or not..... really would prefer the display to say 3G Orange instead of orange....
I also noticed that now I’m also getting an annoying single character space before the carrier name too.....

Before when it was working i was seeing:
"3G Orange"

Now i'm seeing:
" orange"


hmmmm anyone any ideas.....?
