Ervius OEM Packages changed filenames !?

Hi,
I am creating some OEM packes with the "Package creator by Ervius v5.4".

But I have 2 more questions:
- When I click on "Complete Package" the new package is created, but unfortunaltey most files gets a new name with "000-", i.e. 000-FileA.exe, 000-FileB.dll. These filenames are also in the initflashes.txt. What is the reason for changeing the filename ? I have done a search in this forum with noc success.
- How can I delete programs from a ROM ? Under SYS\NetCF I have .Net 2.0 and I want to delete this. Is it enough to delete only the directory ?

if you unflag "rename for duplicates", it not appen... it is good only if there are differents folders into package with same file-name inside...
