3.htc home bug-the scroling bars cut off the home plugin right side when switching from landscape to portrait and from portrait to landscape.....

Good ROM...only drawback is the battery gauge at the top and system tray at the bottom...any .cab out there to get rid of one if not both of these?

Check your \Windows\StartUp folder. There should be a lnk file to trayinit or inittray -- delete that one for the system tray. For the battey gauge at the top you should see another lnk file for it.

to say that I hate this rom would be a grave understatement. the CAPS is reversed while typing. it is slow as fuck. and it took me all of 20 minutes to load this page. the volume is to low. java does not work well in landscape mode. the wktask is in vietnamese and I had to switch to htc xbutton. it is taking more time than it is worth setting it up.

after all of 3 hours I'm sorry that I even downloaded it, let alone installed it on my precious mda. what a glorified piece of shit. the only thing that is good about it is the graphics. well, don't judje a book by its cover. :(
Im not even going to waste my time on it anymore and am switching back. shit.

The HTC Home clock look like retarted, its fast, but only the the problem its cut the HTC home when u open QWERTY n close it back, and the problem also the smartkey in what language i also dont know, ALIEN? :( pls make some adjustment, i like it but the 2 bug make me considering using WM6 then WM6.1 :D

I remember something about an argument between MS Faria and PDAVIET some time long ago. Then there is the thing about some of the cooks not being greatfull to others.... territorial pisssing. I think it also has something to do with "donations" due to the amount of time anyone of them spends on the computer trying to make the thing work.

You know I remember an argument that pdaviet had with someone awhile back, and it had to do with him saying that he had some particular secret build that no one else had and everyone called bullshit on him. This was before all of the 19xxx stuff came out. I remember I ran pdaviets rom for like 3 months and it was really fast and had the coolest graphics I ever saw at the time, it just lacked stability. I was constantly having to soft reset, and it would come up with error messages often. If he was to put a little more effort in testing and UPDATING his rom builds he would be golden. I remember that first rom never even got past version 1. I would have to recommend either fix it yourself, or move on to a different rom. It's Right makes a great rom.

This is a great ROM! Definatly one of my favourites, Fast with good battery life, no issues to report and LOVE the icons/theme.

Even if this has vista skins... i have Batt drain issue so try another cause pdaviet has this issue in most ROMS.

to say that i hate these recommendations would be the greatest idea i've ever stated. PDAVIET cooked this ROM for ppl to flash, and nothing is perfect, but i flashed this ROM before and everything worked great, fast and good graphic... the thing is that it belongs to the needs and the habit of ur rom-flashing. The ROM is from Vietnam so it has a little Vietnamese style, and WTF is wrong with it ? well actually i don't wanna give a shit what u think S.I.V but i hate ppl who always make the cookers depressed to cook by giving some kinda bullshit like u S.I.V
