How can I know if my device is CID unlocked?

I've bought it from someone and its a bit used. I know for sure its SIM FREE, but have no idea about CID and can't contact the seller to ask. Is it safe to use the unlocker if its already CID unlocked and SIM unlocked?

Easiest way to know is to enter bootloader and check the SPL. Hold in the camera button and press the reset. If it is CID unlocked, you should see something similar to this: SPL -v1.20.Olipro

Best also to remove the mini SD first.

If it just says SPL v1.00 then it is not likely CID unlocked. I don't think there is a harm to try to re-unlock. Just follow the instructions exactly.
