A. Hard reset after flashing. If you still have an issue, give it a few minutes, it occasionally gets "stuck" after flashing.

If you need another to sign up for beta testing, count me in. Does your full version now include internet sharing? I liked your previous rom, but I always end up veering towards open touch because of the way he sets up opera mini plus the internet sharing. Your rom def has all other beat as far as smoothness goes. Also I like what you do with your graphics, your rom is imo the best looking of the lot. You're a great cook and I think we all hope you keep on cooking for the wing community. Do you know if it's possible to add internet sharing to your full rom? I'm not asking you to add it to the rom, I mean if its possible for me to get a cab and add it myself.

great looking ROM ICP....installed ur first rom on my t-mo wing like it so far ...something i noticed with other roms the gwes.exe was usally 4.85m... on yours its 7.65M at start up and after 10 -20 mins 10.23M ...might there be a memory leak ??? Just wondering`~`

Yup, that version has a memory leak. I will be releasing a fixed version (1.3) after I finish with this release.

If you don't mind screwing with the registry, here's the fix:

]ok will do .... this is a lil off topic but so far i have not seen any rom that offers a full screen caller id .. i used s2u2 for a while thats a memory hog now i use DBH slide 2 unlock lil better on memory ,,, i came from a wm 2003 ( I-mate jam) so was spoiled with that caller id ,,, it was able to do gif and jpeg. Also T-Mo is set to launch 3g real soon this spring but one rep told me that they gonna do it only in big cities first then later on everyone else ...thing is that i saked about my wing for 3g he said that they still working it but wing and other pda users might have to send their phones in to get the chip ( guessing for the radio) so we can get this feature ..any thoughts on this ??

You'll have to buy a new phone to use the 3g speed and features. Our devices do not have the required hardware or a chipset capable of supporting said hardware. A "chip" to fix it sounds fishy at best.

Ok here is the long awaited outlook of the beta test.....

MMS .... Took a few minutes to actually start grabbing t-mobile GPRS/EDGE but now its flawless thus far. I have sent and received about 50 MMS so far and still going strong.
***added after .... MMS has a noticeable lag when using wifi at the same time. Its a definite lag that makes it longer to receive and send as you have to wait for the phone to connect to GPRS/EDGE even tho it says its connected and shows that you are connected. ***

SMS .... Always been sweet in his roms need I say more.

Bluetooth .... Also was a bit pickier than the last rom but it has no draw backs as of yet using 3 bluetooth units on it atm.

Audio ... Once again flawless but still when using bluetooth only the bluetooth rings . I am thinking to myself what setting is that ???

Camera ..... Sweet with the easy settings for storage as you open it the first time

Phone ...... Oh boy did you out do yourself this time . The keys move as I like them to . You can see what you are pressing.

Memory ... Lets take a look here ......

Ok i added HTC home, Full version UL , changed settings to see sim contacts, added HTC on UL as 1 of the sides of the cube, Custom ring-tones. 300 memory contacts , Wififofum2 , Opera 9.5 beta , S2U2 , T-mobile OZ , Ultimate Theft Alert plus plugins.

I was surprised that I didn't need duprade's keyboard fix. Even tho its a great tool he set up. After all of this the memory usage was as follows....

Storage .............................. Program
Total : 47.19MB ....................... Total : 49.84MB
In use: 20.04MB ........................ In use : 36.35MB
Free : 27.15MB ......................... Free : 13.49MB

As usual the rom is smooth . I haven't seen the memory leak yet but still quiet a bit of ram used already. I am no favorite to red but its still a sweet background even though I changed it to my own picture .... Well hey I like looking at me . :D

I have to say 2 thumbs up on the rom now if you can squeeze out just a little bit more ram ill be happy .... But none the less my congradulations. Ill run it for a few days more unless something else is released. Only other thing I could see adding if its applicable is the upgrade radio. I do believe I have seen it here on XDA but haven't really messed with it much yet.

id have to say its an exelent rom with no issues i flashed the zcink ver. like 9 hours ago and its the fastest smoothest ive used at first i was going to go back to to the bluesilk 1.1 because i love that theme but everything runs so smooth on this i cant justify it. this is a great rom

At first I had serious doubts about this Rom:
- missing HTC-Today-plugin for my beloved WeatherApp
- missing Office Application
- SQL-Server seems to be useless on a phone
- missing PIMBackup for restoring my settings

But now that I installed the ROM using it is pure fun. Even messing with the sqlserver and its querybrowser became quite useful for me, as beeing a webdeveloper and is a very good excel-replacement. The Installation was quite easy and selfexplainory and now my phone seems to react a whole lot faster to userinputs. Also the batterypower seems to last longer.

OK ... The awaited break down of the rom ..... As you all know ir rather those who know me know I beat roms to hell to see what they can do. As I flashed this rom when i was half a sleep i forgot to write down the original memory readings. so ill list them as they stand now after all my own modifications.

Now the break down of the rom ........

MMS ....... Sweet as usual from ICP straight out the box.

SMS ....... Another perfect out the box as we all knew before flashing.

Wifi ....... Now that was an issue . It had a few connecting issues from the door but after a few resets no more issues.

Phone Key Pad .... Awesome .... Just like fresh sliced bread.

Battery ..... i feel its not as good as it was in previous roms but maybe thats my own personal experience. ICP has made a habit of setting a lot of battery saving tweaks that i more than likely dis-able.

Bluetooth ....... Has no draw backs as of yet using 3 bluetooth units on it atm. Increased ease of adding from beta version.

Audio ..... Once again flawless. Only one draw back on it this time is when phone rings i don't hear the ring-tone in bluetooth. ( ** when using bluetooth only the bluetooth rings . I am thinking to myself what setting is that ??? ** thats is repaired now )

On the overall a great rom I must add. Now do it in black and ill be totally happy. And add oxios is just a suggestion from me as a memory refresher. And its great that you already have pre-installed games as mentioned before.

its weird though, the phone never accepted the GPS formally, it added the GPS to the device list, but it wasn't a secure connection, after that i pressed refresh a couple of times in the Edit menu, then it allowed me to connect to its serial port w/o a pass code,

hey icp-fan!!! i'm currently using blue silk and loving it. 2 things though, I can't figure out how to use my custom transformers sliding sounds for the keyboard. can I regedit or have the sliding sounds been completely removed? also I would love to upgrade to your latest rom version,but I am a blue freak. I would consider it though but I gotta have the blue silk.tsk and more importantly the dialer .png .zip. your dialer rocks. may I have them please!?!?!

So, I'm going back to Blue Silk 1.1 with the pagepool lowered to 4mb and applying the memory leak fix. I am super impressed with that rom. Its very fast and very stable. Works for me.

I really wasn't impressed with this version either, the base is too unstable. This was the best I could do with 19209; its just a bad build. I guarantee the other cooks are having similar issues with it.

I'm just going to update Blue Silk with the latest version of Voice Command, fix the memory leak and wait for the final build of 6.1.

Sorry guys, its the best I can do for now. I will, however, release a full version with this theme.

I havent used this ROM, so I cant tell if this is what you are looking for but this installs sliding sounds to a rom that has the app but is missing the actual sound files.

http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...=sliding+sound isn't the factoty slide sounds but you can easily make and use your own with this handy software. i now have my transformers slide sounds back and am still loving this rom. hey ICP Fan any chance i can get the png's .zip for your blue satin dialer skin?

hate to bump a old thread, but i have a quick question, i'm currently trying to install homescreen plus aka new BS, but i can't seem to uninstall what you have in the rom, any ideas?

stuff thats built into the rom is generally uninstallable. You can just delete the directory holding the files and then delete the icon to it from the start menu folder.

yeah i tried that already, didn't work, any one have idea where BS keeps itself in the registry?
