Orange rom dumped but problem with cooking Please Help

hi ive downloaded the raw files from the ftp and ive managed to extract the rom and get to the sys and oem folders but once i run BUILDOS it does its checking file thing then at the end moans saying:

"External Component has thrown an exception"

the last thing on the status is creating initflashfiles.dat.

please help as im trying to reconstruct orange rom for us all.
