I am making a German ROM right now.

current status: not working, I am frustrated and waiting for a official German release for lang files.

Problems: can't access settings and start menu (I guess it's only because of the recent used programs)

I need help to fix those issues. And I will upload the ROM once it's done. I have some time tomorrow for trial and error!

Yes, it is possible, but very very slow process. You would have to translate the muis by hand. And there are a lot of them!
