Videos for Wing

I just want to play few videos in my Wing, can anyone please let me know which type of file format Wing supports for good audio and video quality

I installed codecs for 3gp, acc, mp4, ra, ram, rm, rmvb...
I also use CorePlayer Mobile v1.1.3 build 2976. Windows Media Player will not play any of my video files so I use Coreplayer.
