This ROM is exactly what I have been looking for. I don't want any of the HTC home screens. I use SPB for my home screen stuff. I wanted a ROM without any of the things that slow down my wing. This ROM has been almost flawless. I have have a few sync issues, but I don't know if it is my computer or the ROM.

I was thinking the same thing on both counts. I'm planning on trying it this weekend and I'd also like to know the pagepool size. I'm looking forward to this, there aren't enough thin ROMs... too much "flash" in most of them.

This is a Harold ROM right? If I recall correctly I'm going to need something to correct keyboard mapping?

MMS ....... NO dice mate. have to set the settings .. hmmmmm let me get the easy way. Network Wizard. And of course I just had to install Schaps_AdvancedConfig_v2.0.2.0. But I don't like the fact that when sending a MMS and you click the sending icon you don't get to see the percentage.

SMS ....... Perfect out the box.

Comm Manager ....... I have to change this . I don't particularly like the older look of it.

Wifi ....... Worked with out a flaw

Audio ..... AudioManager need not to say anymore.

Camera ..... Sweet with the easy settings for storage as you open it the first time

Phone Key Pad .... Decent and smooth running.

Battery ..... So far seems very strong as running wifi , full back light and been messaging as I always do.

Blue-tooth ....... Has no draw backs as of yet using 3 blue-tooth units on it atm.

Calculator ........ I did not see one.

Ok I went into installing a few apps now as the phone needs some spice as I like it . Installing Ultimate Launch , HTC Home , Opera 9.5 Beta , S2U2 v1.0 , T-mobile OZ, Ultimate Theft Alert with plugins , WiFiFoFum and a few games.

Bottom line is the rom is sweet to the touch . Has its own flow even tho i am not particular to a green screen. I must say nice work.

Has anyone else been having problems with OBEX transfer. My wing isn't able to accept OBEX transfers, and I can't find anywhere to turn it on or off. I have been discovered by another phone that OBEX works on, but it kicks back an error when trying to send it to my phone.

ummm..i use it..but go look to the bluetooth settings...and then go to FTP and cliq enable file sharing...

You are more than welcome ..... Some applications work well on sd card while others don't it depends on rom and phone . Test it both ways or get a better browser as I don't like ie too much on phone or computer.

I'm practically a newb on this site but thanks to all the help from all the guys; reading their posts ie I have managed to upgrade my original Dopod C800 WM5 to a WM6 n now to WM6.1

This ROM is really cool, lots of space when compared to the original WM5.

Did notice a couple of things while testing this now - BT OBEX Transfer is not working, its really cool to transfer stuff from your laptop/desktop without having to hook up the device via cable. Any chance there is a registry fix or CAB to fix the issue?

Whenever I install any app, after installation the phone dialer opens up. Any way I can stop that.

Button on my Motorola BT is no longer associated with a program, trying to figure out how to make that work as well

New Problem: The power is configured to turn off the phone after a minute. It never comes back after pressing the power button. Although everything on the phone is working fine, able to receive calls, but I cant see the today screen. I have to do a soft-reset. Have I done something to make it go this crazy or has anyone else found the same problem? Please help

Well mate its good to see this rom on a different phone so of course there will be different issues . But as far as bluetooth transfers I saw no issues what settings or rather how are you attempting this ? The button just associate it with something and the power off is either a setting you changed or a conflict in software you installed.

The button thingy with the BT got resolved after installing Voice Command n the Power Off happened to be a configuration in Battery Status which the phone didnt like. Now what is remaining is the BT Transfer. When I pair my device with the system it recognizes only DUN as a service on it. Previously it also used to recognize it for OBEX Transfer. Another strange thing, its recognizing the Pocket PC as a SmartPhone. Could that have anything to do with this problem?

I thought it was for infrared, which the wing doesn't have, but I read somewhere on here that windows mobile looks at an obex transfer as a beam also. Hope this helps a little.

I normally activate that setting after a hard reset. I missed it this time. That was it. That fixed the OBEX transfer problem.

Are you sure your storage card isnt full ? remove it and check that first ... If not post screen shots.

it is 80% empty and i am using on the ppc for other programs and downloads and its not giving any problem and it gives me the storage card capacity and usage when i see in the memory program...

Ok thats a good question then . But I still cant see why its saying that unless there may be a bug with your card ... I reflashed this rom and checked your problem with 4 different cards and no problem with any of them ...
