Upgrading problem HTC TYTN II- Kaiser

rom :1.81.415.4 wwe
rom datw 10/29/2007
radio :1.27.15.32
protocol 22.51.88.13 H

i tried several time to upgrade but all rom can not complete i got (upgrade error) Recover i do all steps but no way
i try unlock i use
JumpSPL1.56-KAIS for new bootloder but hang at boot loder
what is thew problem

I went through it when I flashed my device. No problems, whatsoever.

2.10 ??? Where ?? I found here only 1.1.

i download Hard-SPL-V7 and used it but noting happened
it start and send file to my device and start but device restart when messeg (verefing data form mobile) and notthing happen

thats not the SPL for Tytn II or kaiser......spl v1 is the correct one. pls read the wiki

I have an idea to solve your problems since reading is not in your list of things to do. And evidently someone gave you the phone, because if you paid for it, you would think you might be a little more careful.

1. Put down the phone.
2. Step away slowly.
3. Locate a large hammer.
4. Proceed back to the location where you laid your soon to be shiny brick.
5. Smash it with previously located large hammer.
6. Explain to mommy why your shiny brick/phone is in a million pieces.
7. Pull down pants and grab ankles. You about to get your fanny spanked by mommy.
