i have bought a new htc p3400 before ten days.from last few days i am facing a problem with it.some of my friends told me that whenever they try to call me the whole ring goes on and then no reply tone comes.but at the same time i will not get any information that some has called me or some one is calling me as there won't be any incoming call.please solve my problem as fast as possible.

Have you installed any softwares which control the phone activity , like photo contacts or Call monitor.

no i haven't..i installed one antivirus & some soft. like core player,pocket player etc.

uninstall that , antivirus .. what virus attack you expect in a pocket pc , no need of that and try install this ...! it is some registery tweeks ... it might work , also get in touch with senior members and search in the general threads

Are u running WM 5 ? Then i guess it wouldnt work , well in that case wait for my upate .. also get in touch with the senior members man... they will have lot to give you

i have told HTC people about my problem and they told me it is soft. problem & they upgrated the os but still the problem is same.....now they r asking to change the motherboard...plz help me what to do?????:confused::confused:

even after upgrading the rom to 6.1 i stil face the same problem,..ma friends says the phone rings but i dont have any knowledge about it till i get any sms ill not get a ring again ....,plzzzzzzzzzz help..

Tell me one thing.... did the htc service center guys upgrade ur rom to the 6.1 or did u do it manually....
and regarding ur prob of not being able to get ne incomming calls .....Decativate all all forwardings.......by mistake u would have activated cll forwarding and the calls are getting diverted to another no and u r not getting ne indications on ur cell...

hi sheraz4u,i was having the same problem & it got solved when HTC people changed my gene's motherboard & they upgreaded the software!:):):)
