Problems with Settings apps Shortcuts

Hi, I have a question for you.

The shortcuts of many of the software inside the "Settings" Folder cannot be managed.
I'd like to know how I can find them, since I want put some of them inside iFonz, for example Sounds and notifications, wi-fi.
