Ok... Downloaded and flashed it, everything went smooth. Played around and found two things.

1) The calculator font is too dark, you almost can't see the numbers you're typing and when you press "." and other buttons some kind of mask flashes.

2) The camera button don't work, give-me invalid link and there is no camera to associate it to in "buttons"

Other than that all seams good. :)

Another thing... there is a error on the camera app when you try to use picture themes. I guess you deleted all the themes to save space but you need to leave at least one so we won't get this error.

This one is just a cosmetic error: on the HTC today, when you change the tab settings and let's say you remove the audio manager and put the profile selector the icon stays the same.

Having some problems, One is that Live messenger will not open up, I had to install an older one from my desktop. Word recognition is not working. It responds very slowly. I changed the page pool to 8mb, and installed Battery status.
The battery is very good in this rom. I have been running this for 5 hours now and it is at 87%. That is running push mail, setting everything up, Using Wi-Fi on and off, using SMS, Talking on the phone for about 20 min.
Overall, it is a Great Rom

internet is workin through USB normaly , great rom lags a lil sometimes still need more time for testing other wise its great.

Hi, there is a problem about the wireless. Every time when the phone wake up, it always to do a new wireless searching. It won't pick up my wireless router. Every time I have to re-type my router password to my phone, then it can go to interner normally until I turn it off then on again. And it will search the wirless and ask for the password again. Anyone know how to fix this problem?? Thanks

I would recommend IPL/SPL 308 and radio 2.71.11
I see that Ajc2003 recomends IPL/SPL 226 and radio 2.61.11, and he built the Rom, maybe try that.

Sounds like the phone is still is locked. This happened to me when I tried to unlock my wizard way back when. This is the thread I followed. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=305225

I am running ajc2003's combination now - for 7 hours the battery level is down to 78% - push mail, imap mail (gmail), a few minutes talk only. Seems not as good as Pumpiron579's.

Will continue monitoring and try 3.08/2.71.11 later.

If you are truly unlocked, then you would be able to flash any rom to your phone.
Maybe you just unlocked your sim?
Like I said, I thought mine was unlocked and then I flashed a wm 6 rom and when it booted back up, it showed I still had my old rom still on it. I tried and tried, finally it worked. This was over a year ago so I cannot remember what the exact steps that I took were, but that link I gave you is what I followed. I would suggest that you try following that guide I posted, there is also a youtube video that you can watch as Lamalord shows you how to unlock your wizard.
Maybe someone else who reads this could give him your experience.

thats why my phone isnt unlocking properly
i cannot remember right now, but I think it is a .dll file..

Overall i just love this rom. It's incredibly stable and battery consumption is low. Only "thing" i have with it is that during recharging the battery my screen keeps going on. Dunno if it's just me.

ok this may be a stupid question, but I noticed on this ROM that it has touchflo cube. I got the cube enabled and I'm just now trying to figure out how to open the cube. I tried motions like sliding the finger up on the screen and also down but nothing happened. Is cube really on it, if so how do I get to it?

Hey ajc2003, just wanted to say that I'm new here to the community and to Windows Mobile in general but after trying out some of the other options out there, I'm pretty happy with your ROM. Keep up the great work!

Long story:
Bought a second hand (battered and abused) XDA Mini S yesterday. Read all the info I could grab last night about flashing WM6. Flashed my phone quite a couple of times while making some scary mistakes (thought I had bricked the poor thing). Tested the latest batch of WM6 "recipes", going through the whole cycle of flashing back and forth from T-Mobile 2.26 to 3.08 to WM6 each time.

I was starting to get disappointed: a lot of visual improvements over WM5, to be sure, but at the expense of speed and battery life.

Until your ROM finished downloading and I checked it out. Not just gorgeous...lots of thoughtful touches too. As a WM noob, I especially appreciated the Network Wizard and the task manager. As a geek, I loved getting to play with touch flo and the cube. (Not bad for a phone that was in the market 2 years before the iPhone!)

Anyway, thanks again for all this. I was wrapped up in buyer's remorse, but your ROM changed my mind...and gave this "old" phone I rescued new life.

I can't connect to msn live:
- iexplore works well, so connection (wifi) should not be a problem
- when signing in, wondows live fails saying: "There's a connectivity problem. ...".
- Has someone found a solution for this?

For the noobs like me, this is what I've done (see also here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=334621)):

- extracted the zip file found here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=69210&d=1202297188)

- copied the cab to the wizard (not on storage card, but on the device)
- installed the cab from the phone
- please note that if you have a cooked rom with messenger installed, I think you can't delete it, it will simply install over it. The only glitch is that you will have two icons under programs: a messenger and a messenger live. Simply delete one of the two from My Device/Windows/Start Menu/Programs

For me it worked...

Only strange thing about this rom: the battery indicator is faulty, or the battery live is extreme... From 7:00 pm to 10:45 am using wifi for half an hour, no calls, the indicator states 98%!! We will see

Edit: The battery indicator works correctly after another soft-reset.

I just Flashed back to this last night and Live Messenger just does not respond. essebbi posted the latest WLM in his post,Microsoft Windows Live 10.6.38.800 . just an FYI Microsoft Windows Live 10.6.38.900 does not have messenger included.

For everyone using this rom, I got 2 fixes.

First: On the comm manager I had to click WIFI twice to get it started.
Fix: HKLM\Comm\TnetWln1\Parms\HTCPreloadWifi --> 1

Second: Calculator skin is screwed.
Fix: Install 1-calc ;)

I really like this rom. It has a good battery life, fast and stable. Not going to flash for a while. I think this is the rom for cookers to make some nice stuff. :)

EDIT: Ok, just found out that the calendar on this baby doesn't work! I can't go to any other day then today, and it doesn''t store my appointments. Can some1 confirm this bug?
