Yes, wrong place to post but I will answer.

I use an exchange server that is backed up daily. I never have to worry about my calender and contacts. If I clear my storage or flash another ROM, I connect to the server and I'm back to normal.

I use exchange for all my work mail, cal, and contacts. But I also use over the air for my pop mail accounts.
