MDA will not upgrade to Mobile 6

I followed the directions to a "T", under this thread :

(Wizard Windows Mobile 6 for newbies)
And chose this ( WM6.1 For Wizard OS 5.2.19521 buit 19521 WWE) Mobile6 Rom created by AJC2003 for the OS

the upgrade said it was succesfull but when the phone came back on, it still had Windows mobile5 on it.
(I tried at least 3 times)

Any Suggestions??

When my phone starts up it reads:
ipl 3.08
spl 3.08
GSM 1.12.10
OS 1.5.4.2

Under device information it reads:
ROM version 1.5.4.2 WWE
Rom Date 11/08/05
Radio version 01.12.10
Protocal version 4.0.13.23

Your phone is still CID locked,to upgrade to wm6,you must have a CID unlocked phone.
