Will the motorola mpx and mpx300 work on AT&T?

I've been looking at and really like the motorola mpx and mpx300 smart phones but am wondering if either of these will work with at&t service,being neither have the 850mhz band? I know my tilt is 850/900/1850/1900 does this mean that it uses these other bands,can the mpx phone do the same?

Well, my mpx200 is the same way, at home i get no service at all, but if i go like 1 mile away get full bars. What area are you in?
