Upgrade phone resets at 4%...please help!!!

i downloaded a new ROM here http://soft4vn.net/forum/showthread.php?t=3393 but when I tried to upgrade my phone, it stopped at 4%, then the phone resets itself. Please tell me what's wrong. my phone is unlocked branded HTC S310. Thank you

how do I install Hard-SPL? i downloaded and copied it to the phone but couldnt execute it. please help

I also have the same problem, a tried to upgrade my SPV C100 alias HTC S310 with 3 different roms and all give the same error, after the setup reaches 4% it resets and the pc updater gives error 280...

is it because i have my phone netowork locked?
