I'm always amazed at how ROMs work different on similar devices, with different apps. Sorry you didn't like it - not my ROM so no big deal to me. Actually I have not tried V44 since I figure it still has PCM keyboard problems and that is my preferred SIP method.
Yeah that's the only downfall of the PDAViet roms.. I want PCM but have to settle for Resco Keyboard.. almost the same.
Also, as you mentioned earlier, after flashing back the PDAViet ROM, I still got the PDA Mobiz start screen on bootup. So I had to download the SplashScreen.exe (searched the forums) and .NET Framework 2.0, and then ran them in Windows in order to change it back to the original HTC logo. With the same tool I also managed to change the animation logo as well as the ugly ultra-low-resolution Windows logo that appear on PDAViet :)
