FSC pocket loox N560 series ROM update error message

hi niels merkel
i would like to ask a question to you...
i have a FSC pocket loox N560 PDA...
so i wanted to update wm6 ROM..
and i did it....
and after a while because of my obvious reason, i wanted to my old rom get back...
when i used rom flash rom tools on my new tools
i`ve get this error message

and i ve tried to every way to solve this problem.. but unfortunately i couldnt...

my question is,
how can i solve my Flash update error problem?
