SDA_applicationUnlock-"this phone is unlockable"

i have problem since i flashed my phone with Rogers rom for htc 621 from "Official htc Rom" thread . and now i can't flash my phone with other newer firmware. I know instruction how to flash htc very good. but after this flash when i turn SDA_applicationUnlock writes me "this phone is unlockable" and i can't flash. maybe anyone know how to solve this problem?

run this from storage Card then run SDA_applicationUnlock

Thirst run SP_AllowCertificateInstall cab from your phone and after that the SDA

still, sda writes device is not unlockable, i can't flash it.

Oh man, this took days to find. Excellent work. My rogers phone now has access to the registry. Sweet!
