Chances of 6.1 improving video?

So, an official WM 6.1 upgrade from HTC is supposedly on its way.

What are the chances of this upgrade improving video performance on the TyTN II, even if only a little?
I'm not asking them to UNLOCK the POWERS of the CHIPSET, just to address the video performance just a little.

Well it does seem to have a slightly better performance and the fix htc said they would release by the end of march may not have been released when they said to incorporate it into the wm 6.1 official rom.
