Where to get replacement screws

Long story but I've lost the 6 screws which hold together my Dash. I've scoured the net with Google but can't find replacements. Any clues would be much appreciated.

Thats all I can think of otherwise what I would do is go to Fastners or my local Radio Shack and see what they got and if all else fails go walk through home depots screw aisle.
