I have the XM6R5 running on my wizard G4 (tmobile MDA.) I love this ROM the most, i have ran about 6 different ROMs since joining less than 2 weeks ago. The only problem i have had aside from getting the MMS to send, is the 1 GB storage card doesnt always appear in my "device." Sometimes it does and other times it will disappear, for hours. The card is a kingston that i bought at the tmobile store. it works fine in the reader on my desktop. when it does show up in the "my device" directory, it works fine.
Any suggestions would be helpful.

If thats the case, where would i find it? My card hasnt been recognized since i posted this 2 days ago. I installed the XM6R5.1 upgrade. In mrfrazz's description of this release, he mentions a patch to get better battery life.
Upgrading and Patching XM6r5
XM6r5.1 Patch (6-Jan-2007)
NOTE: To install this patch, you will need to turn off Smartskey first (or you will get an error about not enough permission to install this). To do this, go to Start -> Settings -> Smartskey . This should then ask you if you want to stop it from running, answer yes. Then you can install the CAB.
This patch does the following:
Change Settings -> System -> About screen to read XM6r5.1
Upgrade dotFred's TaskMgr to 2.9 and set it to not minimize to the systray by default
Downgrade Smartskey to .56 to fix some issues with volume control
Installs Camera Patches to reduce speckle and improve camera performance
Install Battery Saving fixes to help improve battery life on the device

Have you manualy installed a power saving Tool/application (for a better battery lifetime)?
look also to Start > Settings > System > Remove Programs, if there be a power saving tool like in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=315558
also you can search in the registry for this tools by using the names as keywords for searching
or check for disable the powermanagement for th sd card: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=1351655&postcount=2
that are the things, that i would like to check in the first time.
after this, i also must ask or i would like to new flashing the ROM (first original ROM, than the liked ROM) in the hope, that the problem was fixed. Flashing the ROMs without insert SD-Card.
(sorry for the bad english)
