I set my Buttons a while back and I saw selections that included:
(New Appointment), (New Note), etc., with an option for Button 1 - 5 (Hold.)
Today, I cannot see those options such as New Appointment, New Note and the Hold with Button 1-5.
I only see Button 1 -5 and Hold only for Button 4.
How do I re-establish these options?
Apparently I did remove/delete something that caused this. Thank you!
