Automate T-Zones proxy and e-mail settings?

Hi all,

How would I go about automating the T-Zones 5.99 internet settings? I'm tired of re-entering them every time I reflash my Dash:
1. In Settings/Connections/GPRS/T-Mobile Data:
Tmobile Data Connects to: WAP Network
Access Point: wap.voicestream.com

2. Add a 2nd and 3rd GPRS options:
T-Mobile MMS
Connects to: WORK
Access Point: wap.voicestream.com

3. Then create ONE Proxy:
Settings/Connections/Proxy

Name:Tzones Proxy
Connects from: WAP Network
Connects to: The Internet
Proxy: 216.155.165.50:8080
Type: HTTP

Also, how do I easily restore my e-mail settings? I searched the Registry and didn't find my data there, so I assume it's in a file somewhere.
