no power

my wing was flashing the low battery warning so i plugged it in overnight. woke up the next morning and it will not power on. took my battery out and put it in the desktop charger and the light does not change to show it is charging. do you think its my battery or is it really the hera?
and i got it off ebay a few months ago, so i doubt tmo will help me w the battery recall thing.
