1.i want to set the start-set-about image one,the red circle ,i want to input my name in the red circle ,how can i do ?i hava already hava the 19199 build rom tools. the build rom tools hava oem ,sys ,tools ,three files .
2.i hava a pocket c,the version is 3.01,is there high version to download?

Try to set a .rgu or just the reghack..

Take a look at the files inside SYS\Base_Lang_0409

You will need to use a special piece of software to hack the resource files.
